Atomic Nomad Highnoon Skis w/bind

Description:
The Highnoon is a true all mountain ski with medium flex under foot and through the tail, with a forgiving shovel to help smooth out the ride. The waist width is sufficient to get some good flotation through powder and crud, yet not too wide that you loose too much of the groomed run agility. The turn radius is longer than a carving ski to give it stability at speed and through varied terrain.
Features: Color: Classic Atomic orange with silver highlights
Target Skier: Advanced, with some leeway into advanced intermediates and into experts. East and West Coast all mountain skiers will both find that this is a great 1 ski quiver, but the West Coasters will want something a bit wider on the good powder days. Terrain: Off trail, groomers, trees, bowls... a little of everything Skiing Style: Good clean technique at speed Speed: Definitely above average speeds. The faster, the better.
Atomic 2-D Topsheet: A mix of glossy and matte finishes on the topsheet to give the ski a two dimensional look, adding depth to the graphics and making them stand out graphically.
Beta TFC: Short for Torsion Flex Control, and it means that the skis are lighter weight without sacrificing torsional stiffness. This is good because a skier has better control with a lighter weight ski, and doesn't loose out on edge grip on firm snow.
TFC Sector 4 2: 4 pads in the front of the ski and 2 in the tail of the ski aid in controlling torsional flex and keep the edge biting into the snow, even when the terrain is varied and bumpy.
Dura Edge: Treated solid steel edge holds up to abuse well. The hardness of the steel will keep its sharpness for a long time, and reduces the need to get your edges sharpened as often.
UHMW Electra Graphite: Ultra High Molecular Weight means the base material is very dense and very hard. This makes the base resistant to scratches from rocks and other things your bases might run into. Hard bases such as this glide very well (that means they're fast), but do require more frequent waxing than inferior cheaper bases for maximum performance.
Atomic 4TIX 310 bindings included: The trim highlights of the binding match the color of the ski. Binding Features: Din range: 3-10 Skier Weight Range: > 67lbs. Boot Sole Length Adjustment Range: 260mm to 370mm (almost any adult boot size)
Atomic FullFlex System: FullFlex bindings are slid onto rails previously attached to the skis. This allows the ski to flex fully underneath the boot for better carving performance. Atomic FullFlex bindings also easily adjust to a variety of boot sizes with just a screwdriver, and the bindings never need to come off the rails. You can share you new sticks with all your buds. Whether or not you want to is a different story.
Atomic Nomad highlights: The Nomad series of skis is Atomic's all mountain, do anything, go anywhere ski. A wide platform helps these skis float when the snow is soft, but the lightweight construction and Torsion Flex Control maintains edge grip when the snow turns to ice. The Nomad series offers several different skis to match the skier's ability, as long as the goal is to ski any type of terrain and snow type possible. The Nomads have a solid, stable feel to them, yet they are relatively light, making them easy to point in the direction that you want them to go.
